Article 210 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall submit to the Bankruptcy Administration a final account of the bankruptcy proceedings within ten days of the issuance of the decision terminating the bankruptcy proceedings by composition. The Bankruptcy Administration shall notify the debtor of the final account within ten days from the date of its submission. The objection shall be submitted to the Bankruptcy Administration, and the trustee shall be notified thereof within ten days from the date of its submission. The trustee shall respond to the objection within ten days from the date of notification. Within ten days of the expiry of the period granted to the trustee to respond, the Bankruptcy Administration shall refer the objection file to the Bankruptcy Court for determination of the objection, accompanied by a memorandum stating its opinion on the objection.
