Article 209 of Bankruptcy Law

Upon full performance of the terms of the composition, the trustee shall submit an application to the Bankruptcy Administration for the issuance of a decision terminating the bankruptcy by composition, and shall notify the entities specified in the preceding Article of this application within ten days from the date of its submission. Creditors shall submit their objections to the Bankruptcy Administration within ten days from the date of their notification of the application. The bankruptcy judge shall issue his decision on the application within ten days from the date of its submission. If he approves the application, he shall issue his decision terminating the bankruptcy by composition, and the Bankruptcy Administration shall publish, formally notify and register the decision within ten days from the date of its issuance.
