Article 207 of Bankruptcy Law

To secure the rights of creditors to whom the composition applies, the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department, the Commercial Registry Department, the clearing agency, and the custodians shall each, within the limits of its competence, within ten days of being notified of the composition, establish a mortgage or pledge over the real estate owned by the bankrupt in the records of the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department, the securities he owns deposited with a clearing agency, the investment portfolios or funds he owns deposited with a custodian, and the commercial establishment and interests in partnerships registered in his name in the Commercial Registry, unless otherwise stipulated in the composition agreement. The trustee shall cancel the mortgage or pledge after performance of the terms of the composition.
