The trustee shall supervise the implementation of the terms of the composition and submit a periodic report, every month or at any other interval specified by the Bankruptcy Judge, notifying the Bankruptcy Department, the creditors, the debtor, and the Bankruptcy Committee—if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision—of what has been done regarding the implementation of the terms of the composition.

يشرف الأمين على تنفيذ شروط الصلح، ويقدم تقرير دوري، كل شهر أو أي مدة
