English translation
The trustee shall, within ten days of being notified, invite the creditors to a meeting to discuss the terms of the composition. If the application is submitted by the debtor and the trustee has not previously expressed his observations on the terms of the composition or provided the debtor with the report referred to in Article 203 of this Law, he shall attach to the invitation the report referred to in the said Article and his observations on the terms of the composition. يقوم الأمين خلال عشرة أيام من إخطاره بتوجيه الدعوة للدائنين للاجتماع لمناقشة
شروط الصلح، وإذا كان الطلب مقدما من المدين ولم يكن الأمين قد سبق وأن أبدى
ملاحظاته على شروط الصلح أو زود المدين بالتقرير المشار إليه بالمادة ٢٠٣ من
هذا القانون، فعليه أن يرفق بالدعوة التقرير المشار إليه بالمادة المذكورة وملاحظاته
على شروط الصلح.
وتسري على الدعوة للاجتماع والتصويت فيه أحكام المادة ١٨٢ من هذا القانون.Ask about this article
