English translation
The Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten days of the submission of the application for composition, notify the Bankruptcy Committee of the application and its attachments if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision. It shall also, within the same period, notify the creditors and the trustee if the application is submitted by the debtor, and shall also notify the debtor thereof if the application is submitted by the trustee.

تقوم إدارة الإفلاس خلال عشرة أيام من تقديم طلب الصلح بإخطار لجنة الإفلاس
بالطلب ومرفقاته في حال كانت المديونية خاضعة لإشرافها، كما تقوم خلال ذات
المهلة بإخطار الدائنين والأمين إن كان الطلب مقدما من المدين، كما تخطر به المدين
