Article 201 of Bankruptcy Law

A composition concerning the indebtedness may be concluded after a final judgment declaring the debtor bankrupt has been rendered, in accordance with the provisions set out in the following Articles. No composition may be concluded with a bankrupt who has been sentenced for fraudulent bankruptcy. If an investigation of the bankrupt for the offence of fraudulent bankruptcy has commenced, consideration of the composition must be postponed. Sentencing the bankrupt for negligent bankruptcy shall not preclude a composition with him. If an investigation of the bankrupt for the offence of negligent bankruptcy has commenced, the creditors may deliberate on the composition or postpone deliberation.
