Article 200 of Bankruptcy Law

The Bankruptcy Judge may not issue a decision terminating the bankruptcy proceedings on account of the cessation of the creditors’ interest until the trustee submits a report showing that one of the two conditions stipulated in the preceding Article has been fulfilled. The bankruptcy proceedings shall terminate upon issuance of the decision, and the Bankruptcy Department shall, within ten days from the date of issuance of the decision, publish it, give notice of it and register it.
