English translation
The bankruptcy judge may, after the final list of creditors has been drawn up as set out in this Law, upon the application of the bankrupt or the trustee, issue a decision terminating the bankruptcy proceedings if either of the following two conditions is satisfied: 1 . Payment of all the debtor’s debts included in the final list of creditors. . Deposit of sums or a bank guarantee sufficient to pay the debtor’s debts.

يجوز لقاضي الإفلاس، بعد وضع القائمة النهائية للدائنين على النحو المبين بهذا
القانون بناء على طلب المفلس أو الأمين، أن يصدر قراراً بانتهاء التفليسة، إذا توافر
أي من الشرطين التاليين:
١ . الوفاء بكل ديون المدين المدرجة بالقائمة النهائية للدائنين.
