Article 217 of Bankruptcy Law

The decision referred to in the preceding Article shall be deemed cancelled by operation of law, with the effects resulting therefrom, if either of the following two cases occurs: 1 - A judgment is issued by the Bankruptcy Court rejecting the application to invalidate the composition, rejecting the application to rescind it, or declaring the application inadmissible. - If the decision was issued concerning an application to invalidate the composition and a decision is issued by the Public Prosecution to close the investigation, or a judgment is issued by the criminal court acquitting the accused in respect of the same facts concerning which the application was submitted.
