Article 251 of Bankruptcy Law

Any person may recover from the debtor’s assets such things as he proves he owns. If the debtor or the trustee, as the case may be, refuses to return them, the dispute shall be submitted to the Bankruptcy Court. In all cases where a recovery application is submitted after issuance of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, the applicant may not be delivered what he claims except after obtaining permission from the bankruptcy judge.
