English translation
Commercial papers and other instruments of value delivered to the debtor for collection of their value or for allocation to a specific payment may be recovered if they are found in specie among the debtor's assets and their value has not been paid when the decision opening the proceedings is issued. However, recovery shall not be permissible if the aforementioned instruments are in a current account between the person seeking recovery and the debtor.

يجوز استرداد الأوراق التجارية وغيرها من الأوراق ذات القيمة المسلمة إلى المدين
لتحصيل قيمتها أو لتخصيصهـا لـوفـاء مـعـين، إذا وجدت عيناً في أموال المدين ولم
تكن قيمتها قد دفعت عند صدور قرار افتتاح الإجراءات.
ومع
ذلك لا يجوز الاسترداد إذا وجدت الأوراق المذكورة في حساب جار بين طالب
