Banknotes deposited with the debtor may not be recovered unless the person seeking recovery proves their identity. The identity of the money shall be established if it is deposited with a bank or custodian in an account designated for the debtor's clients. The identity of the money under this Article may be established by all means of proof.

لا يجوز استرداد أوراق النقد المودعة عند المدين، إلا إذا أثبت المسترد ذاتيتها، وتثبت
ذاتية النقود إذا كانت مودعة لدى بنك أو أمين حفظ في حساب مخصص لعملاء
