English translation
If the debtor is a company and it is decided to open proceedings in respect of its debts, determination of every application seeking liquidation of the company or its placement under judicial receivership shall be stayed. The personality of a company under liquidation shall continue until completion of the proceedings provided for in this Law.

إذا كان المدين شركة وتقرر افتتاح الإجراءات بالنسبة لديونها، يوقف الفصل في كل
طلب يكون موضوعه تصفية الشركة، أو وضعها تحت الحراسة القضائية، وتستمر
شخصية الشركة التي تكون تحت التصفية حتى الانتهاء من الإجراءات المنصوص
