Article 261 of Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy judge may deem an application to open proceedings submitted concerning a company’s indebtedness to have been submitted concerning the indebtedness of any person who, under the cover of that company, conducted commercial business for his own account and disposed of the company’s assets as if they were his own assets. The provisions of the second and third paragraphs of the preceding Article shall apply to the case specified in this Article.
