English translation
If, before determination of the application for rehabilitation, investigations are conducted with the bankrupt concerning a bankruptcy offence, or criminal proceedings are instituted against him in that regard, the Public Prosecution shall notify the Bankruptcy Court immediately. The Court shall stay determination of the application for rehabilitation until the investigations are concluded or a final judgment is issued in the criminal proceedings.

إذا أجريت قبل الفصل في طلب رد الاعتبار تحقيقات مع المفلس بشأن إحدى جرائم
الإفلاس، أو أقيمت عليه الدعوى الجزائية بذلك، وجب على النيابة العامة إخطار
محكمة الإفلاس فوراً.
وعلى المحكمة أن توقف الفصل في طلب رد الاعتبار حتى انتهاء التحقيقات أو
