The Bankruptcy Administration shall, within ten days of receiving the Public Prosecution’s response, refer the application file and objections the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a report stating its opinion on the application. The Court shall set an urgent hearing to consider the application, of which the creditors who submitted objections shall be notified.

تقوم إدارة الإفلاس، خلال عشرة أيام من تلقيها رد النيابة العامة بإحالة ملف الطلب
والاعتراضات محكمة الإفلاس مرفقاً به تقرير برأيها في الطلب، وتحدد المحكمة
