English translation
If a judgment convicting the bankrupt of any bankruptcy offence is issued after the judgment rehabilitating him, the latter judgment shall be deemed never to have existed. The bankrupt may not thereafter obtain rehabilitation except in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 294 to 297 of this Law.

إذا صدر على المفلس حكم بالإدانة في إحدى جرائم الإفلاس بعد الحكم برد اعتباره،
اعتبر هذا الحكم الأخير كأن لم يكن.
ولا يجوز للمفلس الحصول على رد الاعتبار بعد ذلك، إلا طبقاً للشروط المنصوص
