English translation
The court shall decide the application for rehabilitation by a final judgment. If the court rules to reject the application, it may not be submitted again until one year has elapsed from the date of issuance of the judgment.

تفصل المحكمة في طلب رد الاعتبار بحكم نهائي، وإذا قضت المحكمة برفض
