English translation
The Public Prosecution shall submit to the Bankruptcy Administration, within ten days from the date it receives a copy of the application for rehabilitation, a report containing particulars of the type of bankruptcy, the judgments issued against the bankrupt for bankruptcy offenses, or the trials or investigations ongoing against him in this regard, and its opinion on the application.

طلب رد الاعتبار، تقريراً يشتمل على بيانات عن نوع الإفلاس والأحكام التي
صدرت على المفلس في جرائم الإفلاس أو المحاكمات أو التحقيقات الجارية معه في
