Article 301 of Bankruptcy Law

The application for rehabilitation, accompanied by supporting documents, shall be submitted to the Bankruptcy Department. The Bankruptcy Department shall send the application, within ten days from the date of its submission, to the Public Prosecution and to the Commercial Register Department for entry in the register. Within the same period, it shall also notify the creditors whose debts have been admitted in the bankruptcy of the application for rehabilitation. A summary of the application shall be published in the Official Gazette at the bankrupt’s expense. The aforementioned summary shall include the bankrupt’s name, the date of issuance of the judgment declaring bankruptcy, the manner in which the bankruptcy ended, and a notice to creditors to submit their objections if there are grounds for them.
