English translation
The bankrupt shall be rehabilitated after his death upon the application of one of the heirs, and the periods prescribed in Articles Nos. 294 to 297 of this Law shall be calculated from the date of death.

يرد الاعتبار للمفلس بعد وفاته، بناء على طلب أحد الورثة، وتحسب المواعيد
المنصوص عليها في المواد أرقام ٢٩٤ إلى ٢٩٧ من هذا القانون اعتباراً مـن تاريـخ
