Article 297 of Bankruptcy Law

A judgment rehabilitating a fraudulent bankrupt may be rendered even if the period provided for in the preceding Article has not elapsed, in the following two cases: 1 . If the bankruptcy estate proceedings ended through performance of the terms of the composition. This provision shall apply to a general partner in a company adjudged bankrupt, if a composition was reached with the partner on terms specific to the partner, the partner performed those terms, and the bankruptcy estate proceedings ended in respect of that partner. .
