English translation
Unless the provisions of this Chapter provide otherwise, the rights of which a person declared bankrupt was deprived pursuant to the provisions stipulated in this Law or any special laws shall be restored upon the lapse of one year from the date of termination of the bankruptcy proceedings.

ما لم تقض أحكام هذا الفصل بغير ذلك، تعود الحقوق التي حرم منهـا مـن أشهر
إفلاسه بموجب الأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون أو أي قوانين خاصة،
