A judgment rehabilitating the bankrupt must be rendered, even if the period stipulated in the preceding Article has not expired, if he has paid all his debts, including principal and expenses, including the portion from which he was discharged. يجب الحكم برد الاعتبار للمفلس ولو لم ينقض الميعاد المنصوص عليه في المادة
السابقة، إذا أوفى جميع ديونه من أصل ومصاريف، بما فيها الجزء الذي أبرئت ذمته
منه .
وإذا كان المفلس شريكاً متضامناً في شركة حكم بشهر إفلاسها، فلا يرد إلـيـه اعتبـاره
