English translation
A bankrupt convicted of an offense of negligent bankruptcy may not be rehabilitated except after execution of the imposed penalty, expiry of its term if its execution was ordered suspended, or its lapse through passage of time.

لا يجوز رد الاعتبار للمفلس الذي صدر عليه حكم في إحدى جرائم الإفلاس
بالتقصير، إلا بعد تنفيذ العقوبة المحكوم بها أو انقضاء مدتها إذا حكم بوقف تنفيذها
