English translation
If any creditor refuses to receive payment of his debt, is absent, or his place of residence cannot be ascertained, the debt may be deposited in the court treasury, and the deposit receipt shall, for purposes of rehabilitation, be deemed a discharge.

إذا امتنع أحد الدائنين عن قبض دينه، أو كان غائباً، أو تعذر معرفة محل إقامته جاز
