Article 293 of Bankruptcy Law

Upon conviction for the offenses stipulated in Articles 287, 288, and 289 of this Law, the court may order that the convicted person be prohibited from managing any company or conducting any commercial activity for a period not exceeding three years from the date of termination of the bankruptcy. The convicted person’s name and the penalty imposed on him shall be entered in the commercial or professional register, as the case may be.
