If the bankruptcy judge decides to open preventive settlement or restructuring proceedings in accordance with this Law Index 1455 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law Law, any criminal proceedings taken or to be taken against the debtor shall be stayed if they arise from cases of issuing checks without sufficient funds in respect of checks drawn by the debtor before commencement of the aforementioned proceedings. The creditor holding the check for which there are no corresponding funds shall be included among the creditors, and his debt shall become part of the debtor's aggregate debts.

إذا قرر قاضي الإفلاس افتتاح إجراءات التسوية الوقائية أو إعادة الهيكلة وفقاً لهذا
القانون، توقف أي إجراءات جزائية اتخذت أو ستتخذ في مواجهة المدين إذا كانت
ناشئة عن قضايا إصدار شيك بدون رصيد عن الشيكات التي حررها المدين
قبل مباشرة الإجراءات المشار إليها، ويدخل الدائن حامل الشيك الذي لا يقابله
