English translation
Any person who refuses to comply with a decision issued by the bankruptcy judge pursuant to this Law to submit data, information or documents, or to give testimony, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة والغرامة التي لا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار أو
إحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل شخص امتنع عن تنفيذ قرار صادر عن قاضي الإفلاس
