English translation
The following shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding twenty thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties: 1 - Any person who is not a creditor and participates in deliberations or voting while knowing that fact. 2 - Any supervisor, trustee or inspector who deliberately provides incorrect information about the debtor’s condition, endorses such information, or discloses information of a confidential nature that came to his knowledge by reason of his appointment as a supervisor, trustee or inspector pursuant to this Law.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة والغرامة التي لا تزيد على عشرين ألف دينار
أو إحدى هاتين العقوبتين:
١ - كل من لم يكن دائناً واشترك وهو يعلم ذلك في المداولات أو التصويت.
٢ - كل مراقب أو أمين أو مفتش تعمد إعطاء بيانات غير صحيحة عن حالة المدين
أو أيد هذه البيانات أو أفشى بيانات ذات طبيعة سرية وصلت إليه بمناسبة تعيينه
