English translation
Anyone who fraudulently submits fictitious debts in his own name or in the name of another during preventive settlement, restructuring, or declaration of bankruptcy proceedings shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات، وبالغرامة التي لا تزيد على مائة
ألف دينار أو إحدى هاتين العقوبتين، كل من قدم بطريق الغش أثناء إجراءات
التسوية الوقائية أو إعادة الهيكلة أو شهر الإفلاس، ديوناً صورية باسمه أو باسم
