English translation
Any trustee who embezzles property belonging to the debtor while administering it shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand Kuwaiti dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبالغرامة التي لا تجاوز مائة ألف
دينار كويتي أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل أمين اختلس مالاً للمدين أثناء قيامه
