The Bankruptcy Administration, the Bankruptcy Committee, the trustee, the monitor, the inspector, the debtor, the representative of the creditors’ committee and the representatives of the creditors’ fadat shall each retain notifications sent by email in the form in which they were sent, in a paper or electronic register designated for that purpose.
