Article 57 of Bankruptcy Law

As an exception to the rules relating to service of judicial documents stipulated in the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law, and without prejudice to cases in which service is effected by notification as set out in this Law, documents relating to the actions, applications and appeals specified in this Law may be served by email, registered mail or any other means approved by the Bankruptcy Court or the Court of Appeal. Notifications and the submission of documents, information and data may also be effected by making them available in an electronic data room accessible to the persons concerned over the internet through a username and password delivered to the person to whom notification must be directed or who must be provided with the documents, information and data, in the manner specified by the Executive Regulations of the Law.
