Article 54 of Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy judge may at any time, after obtaining the opinion of the Bankruptcy Committee if the proceedings relate to debts subject to the Committee's supervision, decide to replace the trustee, monitor or inspector. The debtor and any creditor may also request the bankruptcy judge to replace any of them if it is established that their continued appointment is detrimental to the interests of creditors or the debtor. The request shall not result in a stay of proceedings, and the bankruptcy judge shall decide on the request within ten days. The trustee, monitor or inspector whom the bankruptcy judge decides to replace shall cooperate to the extent necessary to enable the replacement to assume their duties. This provision shall apply to bankruptcy administrators appointed before this Law came into force. The trustee, monitor or inspector may request the bankruptcy judge to relieve them of their duties. The bankruptcy judge may accept that request and appoint a replacement, and may determine fees for the trustee or inspector whose request has been accepted in consideration of the services rendered.
