Management of the Debtor’s Business and Assets After issuance of the decision opening preventive settlement proceedings, the debtor shall remain in charge of managing his business and assets. He may carry out all dispositions required for conducting his commercial activity, without prejudice to creditors’ interests, unless the bankruptcy judge decides otherwise.
