During the claims moratorium period, the debtor shall exercise the necessary care to persuade his creditors to vote in favor of the preventive settlement proposal. He shall also provide the creditors with all documents, information and data enabling them to make a decision on the preventive settlement proposal, and respond to inquiries submitted to him by the creditors.
