English translation
The issuance of a decision opening preventive settlement proceedings shall not cause the debts owed by the debtor to become due, nor suspend the accrual of interest on them. Any provision in contracts concluded with the debtor stipulating otherwise shall be deemed never to have existed.

لا يترتب على صدور قرار افتتاح إجراءات التسوية الوقائية حلول آجال الديون
التي على المدين، ولا وقف سريان فوائدها، ويعتبر كأن لم يكن أي شرط يرد بالعقود
