The period of the stay of claims shall end upon the occurrence of any of the following cases: (1) Ratification by the Bankruptcy Judge of the preventive settlement proposal. (2) Issuance of a decision by the Bankruptcy Judge terminating the preventive settlement proceedings. 3) Expiry of the period stipulated in Article 61 Contracts

تنتهي فترة وقف المطالبات في حالة تحقق أي من الحالات التالية:
(۱) تصديق قاضي الإفلاس على مقترح التسوية الوقائية.
(۲) صدور قرار عن قاضي الإفلاس بإنهاء إجراءات التسوية الوقائية.
۳) انتهاء المدة المنصوص عليها في المادة ٦١
