Article 65 of Bankruptcy Law

The role of the issuance of a decision opening preventive settlement proceedings shall not result in the suspension or termination of the debtor’s existing contracts, including lease contracts, even if the contract provides otherwise. The party contracting with the debtor must continue to perform its contractual obligations so long as the debtor has not ceased to perform its obligations arising after the date of issuance of the decision opening the proceedings. Except for contracts covered by preventive settlement proceedings, and in the event that the debtor breaches any of its contractual obligations, and as an exception to the stay of claims, the Bankruptcy Court may—upon the application of the contracting—rule to rescind the contract.
