Article 67 of Bankruptcy Law

The debtor may borrow or obtain banking facilities—of whatever type—with or without security, in accordance with what is set out in the application to commence proceedings or any application submitted to the Bankruptcy Administration after submission of the application to commence proceedings and before a decision is issued thereon. He may also borrow or obtain banking facilities after issuance of the decision to commence proceedings if this is stipulated in the proposal or approved by the required majority, unless the Bankruptcy Judge decides otherwise. He shall notify the lender or the entity granting the banking facilities that he is subject to preventive settlement proceedings pursuant to this Law.
