Article 61 of Bankruptcy Law

Issuance of the decision opening preventive settlement proceedings shall result in a stay of claims for the three months following the date of issuance of the decision. The Bankruptcy Judge may, upon the debtor's request, extend the period of the stay of claims once or more, provided that each extension does not exceed one month. In all cases, the period of the stay of claims must not exceed six months. The Bankruptcy Department shall, upon the debtor's request, provide him with a certificate of the stay of claims and the duration of the stay.
