English translation
The lessee shall pay the rent to the person to whom ownership has been transferred from the time he becomes aware of its transfer. The lessee may not invoke rent paid in advance against the person to whom ownership has been transferred if the latter proves that, at the time of payment, the lessee knew of the transfer of ownership or must necessarily have been presumed to know. If the person to whom ownership has been transferred is unable to furnish such proof, he shall have recourse only against the lessor.

يلتزم المستأجر بسداد الاجرة الى من انتقلت اليه الملكية من وقت علمه بانتقالها.
ولا يجوز للمستأجر أن يتمسك بما عجله من الاجرة قبل من انتقلت اليه الملكية إذا
أثبت هذا أن المستأجر وقت الدفع كان يعلم بانتقال الملكية أو كان من المفروض
حتما أن يعلم فاذا عجز من انتقلت اليه الملكية عن الاثبات فلا يكون له الا الرجوع
