English translation
The lessor shall deliver to the lessee the leased property and its appurtenances on the date specified for delivery, in a condition fit to provide the benefit for which it was intended, in accordance with what was agreed in writing or with the nature of the property. If it is established that, at the time of delivery, the leased property was unfit for the use for which it was leased, or was in a condition substantially diminishing such use or exposing the health of the lessee, those living with him, his employees or his workers to grave danger, the lessee may request rescission of the contract or compensation if there are grounds therefor.

يلتزم المؤجر أن يسلم المستأجر العين المؤجرة وملحقاتها في التاريخ المحدد للتسليم
في حالة تصلح معها لان تفي بما أعدت له من المنفعة وفقا لما تم عليه الاتفاق كتابيا
أو لطبيعة العين.
فاذا ثبت أن العين المؤجرة كانت وقت التسليم غير صالحة للانتفاع الذي أجرت من
أجله أو كانت في حالة ينقص معها الانتفاع نقصا كبيرا أو تعرض صحة المستأجر
او من يعيشون معه أو مستخدميه أو عماله لخطر جسيم جاز للمستأجر أن يطلب
فسخ العقد أو التعويض ان كان له مقتض.Ask about this article
