English translation
If there are multiple lessees of the same property, preference shall be given to the one who first takes possession of it without fraud. If, however, one of them has established a legally certain date for his contract while acting in good faith before another lessee takes possession, he shall be the one given preference. If there is no ground for preferring one of the lessees, they shall have no right, insofar as their rights conflict, other than to claim compensation.

إذا تعدد المستأجرون لعين واحدة فضل من سبق منهم الى وضع يده عليها بدون
غش فاذا كان أحدهم قد اثبت تاريخ عقده وهو حسن النية قبل أن يضع مستأجر
آخر يده فانه هو الذي يفضل.
فاذا لم يوجد سبب لتفضيل أحد المستأجرين فليس لهم فيما تعارضت فيه حقوقهم
