English translation
Lease contracts concluded after this Law takes effect must be evidenced in writing. Nevertheless, a lease contract shall be established if there is a writing from the owner indicating it. Contracts concluded before this Law takes effect may be proved according to the rules in force at the time they were concluded.

عقود الايجار التي تبرم بعد نفاذ هذا القانون يجب أن تكون ثابتة بالكتابة ، ومع
ذلك يثبت عقد الايجار إذا وجدت كتابة من المالك تفيد ذلك.
أما العقود المبرمة قبل نفاذ هذا القانون فيجوز اثباتها حسب القواعد التي كانت
