The Council shall form the following committees from among its members for a term of two years, namely: 1- The Technical Committee, with seven members. 2- The Legal and Financial Committee, with five members. 3- The Reform and Development Committee, with five members. 4- The Engineering Professions Practice Committee, with five members. 5- The Environmental Affairs Committee, with five members. 6- The Objections and Complaints Committee, with five members. The internal regulations shall specify the competence of each committee and the rules, conditions, controls and times for its meetings and issuance of its decisions.

يشكل المجلس اللجان التالية من بين أعضائه لمدة سنتين وهي:
1- اللجنة الفنية، وعدد أعضائها سبعة.
2- اللجنة القانونية والمالية، وعدد أعضائها خمسة.
3- لجنة الإصلاح والتطوير، وعدد أعضائها خمسة.
4- لجنة مزاولة المهن الهندسية، وعدد أعضائها خمسة.
5- لجنة شؤون البيئة، وعدد أعضائها خمسة.
6- لجنة الاعتراضات والشكاوى، وعدد أعضائها خمسة.
وتحــدد اللائحــة الداخليــة اختصــاص كل لجنــة وقواعــد وشروط وضوابــط ومواعيــد
