267 Home Page Municipality Law Law No. 33 of 2016 concerning Kuwait Municipality The Council or its committees may invite any specialists or experts whose attendance at its meetings it considers necessary in connection with a subject on the agenda, without their having the right to vote. The Director of the Legal Department, or any of his deputies whom he authorizes, shall attend the meetings of the Municipal Council, as shall the representative of the executive body. The executive body shall be represented at meetings of the Municipal Council by the Director General of the Municipality or any of his deputies whom he authorizes. Both may be accompanied by such experts and specialists as they deem appropriate.

للمجلس أو لجانه أن يدعوا أياً من المختصين أو الخبراء الذين يرى الحاجة إلى
حضورهم اجتماعاته في شأن موضوع مطروح على جدول الأعمال، دون أن يكون
لهم حق التصويت. ويحضر اجتماعات المجلس البلدي مدير الإدارة القانونية أو من
يفوضه من نوابه، وكذلك ممثل الجهاز التنفيذي، ويكون تمثيل الجهاز التنفيذي
في اجتماعات المجلس البلدي لمدير عام البلدية أو من يفوضه من نوابه، ولهما أن
