English translation
The Council's term shall be four Gregorian years from the date of its first meeting. The election shall be called within the sixty days preceding the end of that term. The Council must be called to convene within fifteen days from the date of issuance of the decree concerning the appointees. The call to convene the Council's first session shall be by a decision of the Minister.

مــدة المجلــس أربــع ســنوات ميلاديــة مــن تاريــخ أول اجــتماع له، وتجــرى الدعــوة إلى
الانتخــاب خلال ســتين يومــا الســابقة على نهايــة تلــك المــدة، ويجــب دعــوة المجلــس
إلى الانعقــاد خلال خمســة عشر يومــا مــن تاريــخ صــدور مرســوم المعيــنين، وتكــون
